Description and details
It happens often that while trying to kinetc scroll i happen to click and drag starting on a link (especially while not using a stylus and on a page full of links).
I would love to see a slight modification to the UI so that if someone clicks on a link, it does not load the page before the pointer has been release. And when it is release, it should check if the new position is far from the initial position. If so, it was obviously someone trying to kinetic scroll, if the position is the same or about the same it wa probably intended to be a click.
How to reproduce
try scrolling with the initial click starting on a link, the page will scroll while the next page is loading
