Up/Down arrows should jump to the previous/next input area or link, like the Tab/Shift+Tab do.

I like Up/Down to scroll. I think that's more useful when you're just reading articles or forum postngs. MicroB's jump feature is occasionally useful to me but just as often causes problems for me.
