Description and details
Two issues, really:
1. If the URL for a bookmark is invalid, selecting the bookmark from within Tear may result in nothing happening. Is there a way to give an error message instead?
2. If the URL for a bookmark doesn't begin with "http/", selecting the bookmark from within Tear results in nothing happening. Can "http/" be prepended if it or something similar is missing?

I'm really focused on #2, but it occurred to me that the broader issue #1 might be worth addressing as well since this took me a while to figure out.
How to reproduce
1. Create a Hotmail bookmark whose URL is "mobile.live.com/hm" (sans quotes). You may need to do this using the external bookmark manager.
2. Launch this bookmark from the tearbookmarks sidebar item. It should open properly in Tear.
3. In Tear, navigate to some other web page.
4. In Tear, click ^ then Bookmarks then your Hotmail bookmark. Nothing happens.
5. Open the external bookmark manager and prepend "http/" to the URL. Repeat step 4. Now it should work.

I tried with at least one other URL besides Hotmail.
