Description and details

I like the option for hiding the scrollbars. Though it would be even better to have an additional option for hiding only the horizontal scrollbar.

How to reproduce

On most pages only little or no horizontal scrolling has to be done. So the horizontal scrollbar is rarely needed.
The vertical scrollbar on the other hand is much more important, as on long pages just using kinetic scrolling is not suitable for fast navigation.
