Description and details
right now there are no error messages when either a dns lookup fails, or the server at the other end is for some reason unavailable. Instead tear will just sit with a spinning progress bar, as if the connection is taking some time to complete.
How to reproduce
enter a known bad url, and watch the spinning progress bar.
