#50 - Problem with writing recognintion appears when search terms are written in google. If there are more than one search term then the last term erases the first one. May prevent also sign-in to Gmail.
Bug in Tear for Maemo. I'm unable to write sentence or more than one word (with stylus (writing recognition)) to google search. The last word always replaces the first word, dashboard's google search box works same way. This is really annoying bug as google search is useless if used with only one word. It also makes signing in to Google Docs or Google Mail impossible as email accounts start bit is deleted if email address (username in docs.google.com) is too long.
Enter the new description here, and press "Save" when you are finished.
How to reproduce
Go to google.com and write first one word and then another. (If the search tems would be:
N800 Maemo
Then Maemo word would replace N800 from search box.)
One can also try to sign in to gmail account with long account name. My email address starts with my surname (that is 10 letters long) then comes dot and then my first name if email address is so long that it continues to start of touch thing (the thing one writes on stylus and the text goes gray after maximum width is achieved) the whole account name is erased.
Also if predictive word thing from below is on and predicts what one is trying to write (for example my surname) and that is then used (another words; is pressed) everything will be erased before the end of email address.
