Description and details

Have Tear start maintain its full-screen view when has it opened in full-screen, and then clicks on a link that opens a new windows; or open full-screen when the application starts after it was closed in a full-screen view.

How to reproduce

Open Tear; enable full-screen; close application; open Tear = not full-screen. Or, Open Tear, open any link, choose to open a link in a new window = not full-screen.
