Description and details

I would like to see an option to hide the scrollbars when in fullscreen or window mode.  Hiding the toolbar is great, but hiding the scrollbars, which become unnecessary due to click-and-drag scrolling would be a great addition.

How to reproduce

Make a tear window fullscreen, and the scrollbars are still there...
