Description and details

May be there is a way to open html files, but I haven't found it. I tried file//home/user/saved.html and /home/user/saved.html in url entry, but it didn't work.
I guess it should be not so difficult to enable it (despite possible security reasons, though).
Please, guys, I like Tear a lot, but I need this feature. =)
